Running – Another record setting month! 107.9 miles over 16 runs! Highest monthly total ever, and 7 of 8 straight months with 80+ miles. At 375.5 miles for the year, I’ve already out run 4 entire years of my 11 years of detailed record keeping, only a third of the way into the year!
Races – 1 (13.1 New York – 2:01:52)
Biking – 8.8 miles over 1 ride. Focused so much on running, never made it on my bike.
Swims – 1 – NOT ENOUGH!
Gym workouts – 1 – UGH!
Softball – 2 wins to start the season
Injuries – 0 (nagging hip injury seems to be getting worse with softball starting up. I’m going to contact my old personal trainer for help here)
Sicknesses – 0 (Continuing to stay healthy with use of Zicam as soon as I start feeling any cold symptoms)
Weight – Down about 1 pound from March. Better than going up, I guess!
